The moment I stepped foot inside my apartment, I was overwhelmed by its sheer beauty and attention to detail. The interior design is a perfect blend of modern sophistication and warmth. Every aspect of the apartment has been meticulously crafted, from the high-quality fixtures to the sleek appliances.

All the flats are newly built, with modern facilities. We rented a furnished apartment, and it came with a bed, a washer/dryer, a dish washer, a fridge/freezer and a wardrobe. We bought another drawer for our stuff and that was the only furnisher that we needed to buy. There is a gym and studio with free access to residents. Moreover, there is a calm work from home space which I frequently use.

Absolutely love living at regents plaza! Friendly management, you are always met with a friendly smile by James when entering! Very secure so you know you are always safe! Having the gym downstairs is brilliant, the gym has everything you need from cardio to weights. Bike store inside also to ensure bikes are kept safe and out of the rain!

Living the dream

All facilities are managed well. Any concerns/issues are acted upon promptly and resolved as soon as possible. James has been really helpful through this entire time with his timely support in addressing all our concerns and helping wherever required. The entire premises feel secure with the secure access at the entrance to the building. The only extra I would ask for would be a smoking bay at some corner of the exterior of the premises so that smokers would have a dedicated spot.

The spacious layout provides ample room to live and relax comfortably, and the large windows offer breathtaking views of the surrounding cityscape.

Love it!

Lovely new building, very spacious floor plan and the room has been used well. Great access to lifts, communal areas are kept clean and tidy. Reception staff and estates staff are very friendly and the 24/7 concierge is great for someone who works on a hybrid basis and can’t always be home.
